  • Quality Service is insured when the cleaner takes pride in his or her work.
  • Cleaner is responsible for a specific area or task.

Think KNOWLEDGE

  • Proper training ensures that each cleaner can perform properly.
  • Complete understanding of client’s needs helps to achieve client satisfaction.

These three factors, Safety, Pride and Knowledge are the basis of Delta Building Services Training Philosophy.

Following is a sample Training Checklist utilized by Delta’s management team to train new hires. The list is amended to specifically apply to each of Delta’s clients’ facilities:
